Turner Butler has been appointed to invite offers of purchase for the residual outstanding Debt Book of a provider of short term unsecured loans. There is a total potential collectable value of £182,145 within a base of 180 current customers with outstanding balances. The customers have been graded into several classifications by the business owners to assist in determining the ease of collection and these details can be supplied for perusal.

Since inception in 2003 the business has taken on 316 customers in total and there are now 116 settled account customers remaining on file, in addition to the current 180 active customers with outstanding balances still to collect.

The owners would consider 105 of the settled customers suitable for a new owner to lend to and these details will be included within the sale agreement as an additional value to consider when making an offer and there is also of course the goodwill value of the existing active customer base going forward.
