Cafe/Diner
A Cafe/Diner within the main unit with bar stools and circa six separate table/eating areas. Morning coffe and Lunch are served to parents all prepared fresh in the prodessional kitchen

The main play centre has:

Kindergarten
The nursery is separated from the main unit by stud walling, it has hard flooring with a mix of laminated and PVC based flooring and is open plan with for children of all ages to enjoy. There is a disability ramp to the rear of the play centre allowing access to the property from the rear and side entrance and throughout the play centre there is a mix of hard laminated PVC based flooring.

Toilet area ? there is a gents, ladies, disabled and baby change area.

There is also a separate nursery area used for the older children this is still part of the main building but there is potential to put partition walls in to increase nursery space.
The nursery is open five days a week from 9am until 4pm.

Fee Rates
Nursery fees:
Three days 9am to 2pm - ?200 per month
Three days 9am to 4pm - ?240 per month
Five days 9am to 2pm - ?260 per month
Five days 9am to 4pm - ?300 per month

All materials are included, including hot meals and snacks, parents only need to bring nappies and formula for children if required.

The centre offers children?s parties, there are a minimum of 10 heads per party with an average of 16 heads per party.

Party Fees:
On a Wednesday and Thursday the prices are:
?8.95 per head for a cold food buffet
?9.95 per head for a hot buffet

On a Friday, Saturday and Sunday the prices are:
?10.50 per head for a cold food buffet
?12.50 per head for a hot buffet

It is important to note that there is no such regulating body as OFSTED in Spain and therefore the only requirements are that in the nursery, for every 12 children there needs to be one teacher. plus it needs to be licensed by the local authorities.

The price per child if they wish to attend the soft play area is ?5 per day. There is no charge for any adults.
The play centre also offers a summer club. In Spain schools close for three months from the middle of June onwards. The charges for the summer club are:

Five days a week 9am to 2pm - ?250 per month
Five days a week from 9 am to 4pm - ?300 per month.

Last year the owner?s operated this for a month in August and it was so successful that they are now opening the summer club for July as well as August, meaning that the mother and toddler groups will be halted for this month and parties can only start at 4pm during the summer club.
In Spain there is no official limit on how many children can attend the summer club.
Children?s Parties:
The business has an active and lucrative trade in Private Parties with parents travelling from all the local resorts to reserve. The parties offer cold buffet or hot meal, full use of the Soft Play areas, party bags and soft drinks and are priced at 9.95 Euros week days and 12.50 Euros weekends.
Theme Days
The centre is well known for its Special Theme day organised throughout the year with the main events being Christmas when the Play Centre is turned into Santa?s Grotto with Santa in attendance, games, disco, prizes always fully attended at 10 Euros. This is run on several days before Christmas.
A unique and very profitable business that is Multi-Lingual employs two full time accredited teachers plus experienced child care personnel. There is no other business on the Costa del Sol that offers the range of services. This is a high earning operation.
