BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
All nine (9) locations have up-to-date and DHAC inspected pumps and tanks. All fueling equipment has been brought up to 2014 standards. No Capital outlay is required to meet required standards.

Each store is well lighted with brand signage and individual lighting systems. Each location is outfitted with MPDs that are credit card enabled for "Pay at the Pump" and offer all three (3) grades of fuel, (including diesel). New HD pumps are currently being installed in two (2) locations this quarter. Of the nine (9) stores, there are two (2) stores that have a Burger King restaurant housed in the facilities.

This is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation to sell securities. Dailey Resources, Inc. is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.

Expansion Potential
Yes, continual build out of Burger King restaurants where square footage allows and implementation of "Check Cashing" in more stores. There is additional opportunity through acquisitions and alternative revenue streams at the site such as a deli, donut shop or major fast-food franchise will increase the bottom line in established stores. Additional acquisitions will significantly increase the stability of both sales and profits. Some locations with surplus acreage, would support other retail outlets such as liquor and wine stores.

Market / Competition / Non-Competition Agreements
None other than local "Mom & Pop" competition. There is no competition from Racetrac, QT or other super stores.
