This forward thinking and unique business was set up by the vendor some 5 years ago after the vendor developed his own unique aesthetic coating formulation for use on tiled roofs, be they commercial or domestic applications.

The company provides clients with a complete roof restoration service from initial cleaning through to the application of its unique roof tile cosmetic coating that not only enhances the property’s appearance, but improves the lifespan of the roof.

The results the coating provides are so impressive that the business has been nominated/specified as the major approved contractor, carrying out roof restoration and coatings work for the UK base of a global fast food restaurant chain throughout their estate, covering England, Scotland and Wales. It is understood that there are some 500 locations directly managed by the UK arm of this customer with an even greater number being run by franchised owner /operators.

The business has developed both the product and its application methodology over time and now provides a highly efficient turnkey solution to the client in terms of pricing, quality of the job, speed of completion and minimum disruption to the day to day trading of the restaurants.

This in turn has led to greater savings for the company and very impressive profit margins being achieved. The products and service this business offers are truly unique. To date the business has applied its aesthetic roof coatings to some 60 sites with great success.

There is huge scope to increase its activity further, not only with this client but by targeting similar establishments within the fast food arena, of which there any many, not to mention other markets be they domestic dwellings or other types of commercal roofing. (Note:-The business has already undertaken some domestic projects to date achieving excellent customer satisfaction levels but this has been by request rather than through active promotion).

Such expansion can be achieved by simply investing further time within the business - something the 2 business partners are unable to do at this time due to other busines commitments, (both are part time in the business, maybe one day a week at most!).

Expansion Potential
