Architecture: inspired by the alpine houses in Switzerland and Austrian Tirol, it has a highly sloping pitched roof and four floors, the first one remarkably raised over the ground level in order to allow plentiful sunlight and natural ventilation at the cellar. Dark painted steel braces unload the weight from the roof to both sides, so that the inside floors are almost clear, with no need of supporting pillars.

Materials: roof covered with black slates, walls in big pieces of rusty slates and inside carpentry, floors and ceilings made of solid oak. Radiant floor heating. Outside carpentry: "Velux" windows and bronzing-golden aluminium frames with extra-thick "Climalit" glass.

The "Quinchos": two pavilions designed as the typical Argentinian "quinchos" (circular huts made of stone), built at one of the sides of the main house and aimed, respectively, to house the installations' machinery and a grillroom.
