From the dining room a further room, we use as an office, with a wood burner and door out to the terrace and pool, down a split level stair case there is a living room with open fire, double doors onto a terrace overlooking the pool and the fabulous view. Up the stairs is a very large bedroom with en-suite and an internal terrace, the view is spectacular its always shaded and is a great place for an afternoon siesta, it has built in seating, we have a wall mounted TV installed and it is here we spend most summer evenings.
Back off the courtyard there is a further bedroom with dressing room and en-suite for guests on room only or further family.
The fourth wing of the building is yet to be completed, but was planned as a further 1 bed cottage that could be linked with the guest room if two rooms were needed and it was not in use. However, because this may not be a requirement form a purchaser we thought we would leave it to choice. Especially as the place would covert quite easily to a hotel using the upper floor of this corner as a restaurant with splendid lake views.
