The vendor has operated these franchises very succesfully for over 25 years and in that time their businesses have developed and grown into the highly efficient multi-faceted buildings, facilities and property maintenance and services companies that exist today.

What is for sale are the 14 ServiceMaster Licences and not the trading companies. We are advised by the vendor a single territory ServiceMaster franchise licence costs in the region of circa GBP 25,000 so this is an excellent opportunity for a purchaser to acquire some 14 mature and developed regions at a very competitive price. Many of the territories are densely populated in terms of commercial, industrial and residential buildings and properties. These franchises have historically specialised in working on behalf of national insurance companies, loss adjusters and brokers in supplying a comprehensive disaster restoration service to residential and commercial customers due to fire, water or smoke damage. They have provided a comprehensive range of services including carpet/upholstery restoration, furniture repair, water extraction, dehumidification, odour removal, trauma/spill removal and other related services.

Expansion Potential
